Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, a bit away from the city center, surrounded by ongoing construction work. While the staff was courteous and accommodating, the rooms were in desperate need of maintenance and care, with uncomfortable mattresses that seemed to be a common issue. The dining experience, however, was exceptional and the best part of my stay.
The hotel was a bit tricky to find as it's on the outskirts of the town near the BSF area, making it inconvenient for evening outings, but the service was incredibly thoughtful, with the staff going above and beyond in providing valuable recommendations and even packing dinner for our train journey. The dining experience was delightful, offering fresh and delicious meals, and the rooms, although not extravagant as advertised, were cozy and pleasant.
The hotel's location is a bit challenging to find, set in a remote area away from the city, requiring your own transportation. The service was friendly, but not very proactive. The dining experience at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, offering tasty dishes. The rooms were not ready upon our arrival, and the bathroom was subpar, located on the third floor making it unbearably hot. However, the staff kindly packed dinner for our train journey. The facilities were standard, without standout features.
The hotel is located approximately 5-6 Kms from Jaisalmer Railway Station, built in a remote area with Jaisalmer yellow stone. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I wish the location was more central. The staff was very nice and attentive, particularly Mr Mahendra Singh, Mr Anu Singh, and Mr Gagan.
The hotel is in a bit confusing location and not widely known, with lots of tour packages available. The rooms had issues with uncomfortable mattresses but great lighting. The service was courteous but could be more responsive. The dining experience was the highlight of my stay. The facilities were standard.
The hotel is a bit challenging to find due to the confusion with similar hotel names, but once located, it offers various tour packages and easy access to adventure activities. Auto rickshaw trips to and from the hotel can add up in cost. Construction work nearby may cause some noise disturbances. The hotel is close to the BSF area.
The hotel is a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but lacked a view and proper lighting. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel special. The location, though beautiful, was a bit inconvenient for easy access to the city, and transportation costs added up. Dining was standard but enjoyable, with tasty dishes available. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel went out of their way to help me but unfortunately didn't have the rooms available. The rooms were reasonably big but had a leaky pipe. The service was very helpful and cooperative, with management meeting my expectations. The location was confusing to find and on the outskirts of the city. The dining experience in the hotel restaurant was the best part of my lovely experience. The facilities could use improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with clean beds but lacks luxurious touches promoted on the website. The service is exemplary, with attentive staff willing to go the extra mile. However, the location is a bit remote, requiring private transport. The dining experience is described as the best part of the stay. The hotel facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although offering a nice view of Golden Fort, were uncomfortably hot on the third floor with subpar mattresses that needed replacing. The basic room amenities didn't match the plush image portrayed on their website. The service, while friendly and accommodating, also had instances of trying to overcharge for extras.
